TICKET INSTRUCTIONS

Upon arrival at Backwoods Haunt, please ensure you have either a printed copy or digital version of your ticket confirmation ready for verification. Our staff will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions for a seamless experience. Kindly be prepared to show valid photo identification if requested. Once checked in, prepare for a spine-chilling adventure like no other.

Haunted Attraction Ticket Terms and Inclement Weather Policy

Ticket Purchase and Redemption:

* All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

* Each ticket grants access to one individual for a single entry to BackWoods Haunt

* Tickets purchased online must be redeemed by presenting a printed or digital copy of the confirmation email at the attraction entrance.

Entry Guidelines:

* Valid photo identification may be required to verify ticket ownership.

* Any individual under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or engaging in disruptive behavior will be denied entry without refund.

Health and Safety:

* The haunted attraction involves dynamic and intense sensory experiences, including strobe lights, loud noises, and special effects.

* Individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, sensitivity to loud noises, or other medical concerns are advised to refrain from participating.

* Pregnant individuals and those with mobility challenges should use their discretion when considering attendance.

Inclement Weather Policy:

* In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., lightning storms, hurricanes) that pose a risk to the safety of attendees and staff, management reserves the right to close the attraction temporarily.

* If the attraction is closed prior to or during your scheduled entry time due to inclement weather, you will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. Details on the rescheduling process will be provided on our website and through email communication.

Personal Belongings:

* Attendees are advised to secure their personal belongings before entering the attraction. The management is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

* Bags, backpacks, and large purses may be subject to search at the entrance.

Code of Conduct:

* Patrons are expected to treat staff and fellow attendees with respect and follow all posted rules and instructions.

* Physical contact with actors, staff, or props is strictly prohibited.

* Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the attraction without refund.
