Policies
Refund Policy:
No refunds or returns. Please note that your ticket is only good for the date and time that it was purchased for, and is not exchangeable.
Cancellation Policy:
If the event closes for severe weather, etc., your financial institution will refund you within 4 to 6 business days of the event date for your purchase. We are open if it is raining. We will sometimes close without notice if it is deemed unsafe for guests. We will close the event for severe weather if needed.
