Friendly Ghost Tour
Bring the little ones for a not-so-spooky adventure! Our Friendly Ghost Tours take you on a guided walk through the haunted house — without scare actors — making it the perfect way for kids to explore. Tours will be held October 17th and 24th, 2026 from 4:00–5:00pm. Tickets are just $5 per person and can be purchased online or at the ticket booth. Safe, fun, and full of Halloween spirit — this tour is all treats, no tricks!
👻 A NOTE FOR PARENTS
Terror on Washington Street has no minimum age requirement. Admission of younger children is at the parent or guardian’s discretion.
Our regular haunt includes darkness, loud noises, startling effects, frightening characters, and other intense elements that may be too scary for some children.
For younger or more sensitive guests, our Friendly Ghost Tours offer a less-intense way to experience the haunted house. Please keep in mind that some children may still find the attraction frightening.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use their best judgment when deciding whether their child is ready to enter.
