By entering Psycho Path Haunted Attraction, you acknowledge that this is a live outdoor experience involving special effects, uneven terrain, and intense scares. Please read carefully before purchasing or entering.

Ticketing & Arrival

• All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges: I agree and understand that all ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including weather, fear, early exit, no-shows, or wait times.
• All tickets must be purchased online.
• Arrival Time: I acknowledge and accept that my ticket time represents my arrival time, not a guaranteed boarding time. Delays may occur due to weather, technical, or safety reasons, and wait times are not guaranteed.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time for check-in.
• Psycho Path, LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Rules & Conduct

• No touching props, sets, or actors.
• Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, running, eating, chewing gum, or drinking inside the attractions.
• Do NOT enter if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. You may be removed without refund.
• No photographs or videos inside the attractions. (Outside photos and videos are encouraged!)
• Dress appropriately: Closed-toed shoes required (no high heels). Masks covering the head or face—other than those for COVID-19 protection—are not allowed.
• Psycho Path, LLC and its workers/associates are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Weather Policy

• Psycho Path is an outdoor event, and weather may affect operations.
• Do not assume closure if it’s raining where you are—check our website, Facebook page, or call 918-288-7685 for updates.
• In the event of a weather-related closure, tickets will be honored on any other operating night during the same season.
